Disability Access
There is good access for the disabled to all of our consulting rooms at the Churchfield surgery.
There are designated parking bays adjacent to the Churchfield surgery entrance and both surgeries have level access and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.
Disabled Parking – Blue Badge Scheme
The Blue Badge scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.
